PERSONAL PROFILE CAROL WEST PROFESSIONALS WEST REALTY FIJI LIMITED
The past 15 years have seen me in the real estate industry - most of which time - I practiced in New Zealand, in a coastal resort region called Waihi Beach, which is located in the sunny Bay of Plenty.(located approximately 2 hours south east of Auckland).
Throughout my time there, I achieved many awards for selling and listing properties. (See attached certificates).
Waihi beach has been home to my husband, myself, and our 3 children throughout their growing up years. They have now all 眇?flown the nest眇? and are scattered around the world pursing their dreams.
Real Estate is a passion for me, which means that I have a natural enthusiasm for the industry, and for the clients I deal with. It is a career which has no set hours, and one never knows what the day will unfold. It is exciting and challenging, and I love what I do. I have achieved my AREINZ exam 眇? which means I have the qualifications to own and operate my own agency, in New Zealand, Australia or Fiji
A question frequently asked of me is - "Why Fiji?" ............. I used to travel here often, from my busy schedule in New Zealand, and several years ago I decided there was a huge opportunity to set up a Real Estate Agency - and to do it to a standard that I believed was not currently present in this country.
2 years later, saw me opening the doors to the new business, and almost 18 months later, we are strongly establishing ourselves as market leaders within the Fiji Group of Islands. Our goal is to be NUMBER ONE in sales and rentals within the next 12 months.
Our strong and focused team is made up of myself, My Sales and Marketing Manager - Tor Daniels (who is a force to be reckoned with) and my sales team - Claire, Faiyaz and Raksha. Razia and Lizzie who are our office Administrators, and last but not least Andrew our boy Friday who keeps our office and grounds looking spic and span. Our prominent location on Denarau Road has proven to be hugely successful, and we achieve a very strong 眇?walk in眇? count - from potential clients, - (buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants).
Fiji is - as we all know - experiencing hard times at this point in time, but we all believe that the country has a huge future, and one cannot help but fall in love with the smiling faces, the sunny skies, and the laid back lifestyle.
